The first of its kind in the uk, RISE Scotland's mission is to empower women & children survivors of narcissistic abuse through compassionate support, education, and advocacy—helping them reclaim their voices, rebuild their lives, and thrive in safe, healthy environments.
💔 What is Narcissistic Abuse?
Narcissistic abuse is a deeply harmful form of emotional and psychological manipulation.
It often involves controlling behaviour, gaslighting (making you question your reality), constant criticism, and subtle or overt intimidation.
Survivors are frequently left feeling confused, isolated, and as if they’re "not enough" — even when they’re doing everything they can to hold things together.
It doesn't always look like traditional abuse — and that's what makes it so dangerous. Narcissistic abuse can be invisible from the outside, but devastating on the inside.
